On-site, online or hybrid: which format to choose

All three formats use the same interpreter team and the same preparation standard. What changes is the technical setup, the logistics and the kind of audience. This page lays out the differences so you can decide before requesting a quote.

How to decide

Can I change format after booking?

Yes, with notice. The change affects equipment, logistics and, for hybrid, platform configuration, so scope and quote are adjusted.

Is online quality the same as on-site?

The team and preparation are the same. The difference is the dependence on a stable connection on both ends, which does not exist on site.

Does hybrid cost twice as much?

Not necessarily. It combines variables from both formats, but in smaller events the same pair of interpreters can serve both channels.
